The edges are too soft. I wanted to try the Flex but no tryout time allowed. I won't be back.

Very happy with purchase so far. I'm sleeping much better and I'm more alert in the mornings (though I don't think you will ever be able to describe me as a "morning person). Bed provides solid support for my back. Only possible complaint is I sometimes wake up hot, but I think that has more to do with my sheets/blanket than the bed itself. A solid purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long wait for a comfy bed

I've had the bed for a little over a week, and so far it's been super comfy and I fall right to sleep. The only problem I had was receiving it. I ordered on the 31st, has some issue to validating who I was solved by the 4th and finally received it the 11th. Not really the 2-5 business days advertised. It would have been okay, except I was sleeping on the floor while I waited (I moved out of a place and owned no bed).

Went years waking up with a sore back and neck. I've had my ghost mattress for about 2 months now and wake up feeling better than ever each morning.

We absolutely love our ghost pillows but the mattress is far too firm. We even got a nice mattress topper and tried that and it's still too firm
