It was a rough start, as there was a crazy mistake and a full size bed was given to be in a queen labeled box. However, once I contact Ghostbed they were responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful.
I finally got my Queen size bed, opened it up let it sit for a few hours and finally made the leap on to the bed. The first few days I wasn't impressed. In fact, disappointed. I was so excited and researched for months. But, as other reviews stated, be patient. All good things take time. SO TRUE. I am about a month in and am IN LOVE with the bed.
Best bed I have ever had and I have had a serta and a tempurpedic. But this is by far my most economical buy while also being the BEST bed I have had. THANK YOU SO MUCH GHOSTBED!!!

I love my queen sized Ghost Bed, I've had it for a month now and my sleep habits have changed and falling asleep is by far easier. Hands down best bed I've ever had and the pillows are amazing!!!

I was in need of a new mattress and like most people was flooded with advertisements from all the "bed in a box" companies. I assumed they were all the same, and not all that good. After all, if they were any good why couldn't you run down to the local mattress store and try one out like my parents and grandparents did. A friend swore by his; so I did a couple weeks research on the various brands and GhostBed seemed to have all the right answers to meet my needs so I pulled the trigger.
A couple days later I get the bed at 10am, unpack it, open the windows as I was worried about the smell. (which was very minimal for the mattress However for some reason the pillows were much worse taking over a full day to air out) At 10 pm I went to sleep and my life changed for the better.
I now get far better quality sleep, wake up ready to do something besides hit the snooze alarm. I spend more time doing life and less time in bed. I will no doubt be singing the praises of GhostBed for years to come.

I think the Ghost bed has a great value, but we still aren't sure if we love it yet. The mattress sinks toward my husband a lot more than our last one used to, causing us to sleep pretty far away from one another since there is such a dip near him. I feel like comfort level is lacking a bit as well, and we both sleep pretty hot on this mattress. I wake up at least once a night because of the heat, and I am pretty hot every morning despite the AC. With all of that said, however, we both seem to sleep well on it once we are asleep. My husband sleeps like a rock on it. Therefore, we are not totally sure how to feel! We really like it but there are some things we wonder about.

This is my 3rd "bed in a box" and the best one yet. It's not too hot, inexpensive & the pillows are awesome. Very happy with the purchase.

Pain Relief!

I've woken up with numb arms for a year, due to the bulged discs in my neck and low back. Finally with the GhostBed I do not experience this terrible pain! I'm very pleased with the service, the delivery time, and my experience!

Love it comfortable

Very comfortable bed we love it . My back pain and hip pain has lestened . Very happy with the matrress and pillows. Only gripe ia we got a king sized bed and the pillows are a bit small if they sold pillows in different sizes it would be amazing now im goinfg to have to buy king size pillows to put under the ghost pillows to make the bed look less awkward.
It would be also awesome id they sold a body ghost pillow. But all in all love the mattress comfortable and no motion transfer. Very easy ordering process
