I bought my Ghostbed a little over a month ago. I purchased it on a Sunday evening and received it on Tuesday amazing delivery speed! Had to contact Ghostbed customer service over an error that occurred while checking out. Contacted them on a Sunday and received my first response from them Sunday evening. Their customer service was phenomenal!
As far as the bed goes for me the jury is still out. I have issues with my low back and purchased this bed after reading many reviews about how it was an excellent choice for people with low back problems. I'm still experiencing pain in my low back most mornings (less than my last bed but more than when I sleep on other high quality conventional beds). So I'm still trying to decide what my best course of action is. But over all its extremely comfortable, the service and costumer service are great I'm just not certain it's right for me and my low back issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mattress and Pillow

The mattress is way too firm and doesn't give way enough to let my butt sink in the way it needs to for proper alignment. I wake up with my back on fire in a lot of pain. It's still very stiff after 2 months of sleeping on it. The pillows, on the other hand, are amazing. Very plush and allow your head to sink in for proper alignment. They're the reason this review gets 3 stars. I'll give the bed 1-2 stars and the pillow 4-5 stars.

I can't sleep.

When I lay down to go to sleep at night, I feel like I'm laying on a slab of concrete. I've been waiting for the night 21 "feeling rested and have a new kick in your step" or the 43 day "Going to bed is now the favorite part of your day" feeling. Every morning I wake up with a sore neck and back. I would really like to return this mattress soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
