Love the new bed

I recently ordered a ghost bed and love it. Was waking up with back pains in the morning and had a whole where I slept. This bed has taken away the back pain and is firm enough not to create a whole. I am able to move in and out the bed without waking up my wife. Ordering online was easy and it was fast shipping also. I plan on telling everyone about my new purchase. Having the bed shipped also helps with trying to get a big bulky king size mattress to the house. It comes nice and compressed to your door. This was a great purchase!

A great mattress overall

I share a bed with my boyfriend and our 65-lb dog, so I first have to say how great the king sized GhostBed is size-wise. We've had the mattress for a little over two weeks now, and it's been pretty good so far. My only complaint is that I haven't experienced the cooling effects of the mattress that were advertised and written about in some of the reviews that I read. I'm not sure if it has something to do with our sheets, the fact that we have the mattress protector, or the fact that the air conditioning isn't set high enough, but I have woken up pretty warm a few times.
Outside of the mattress itself, I had a great experience with customer service. My billing address & shipping address were different, so there was a brief hold placed on my order until I could verify my billing address. I can see how this could be inconvenient to some, but as someone who knows people who have had their identity stolen, this was a nice level of security in my opinion. Once verified, I had the mattress in 4 days (and I'm sure it would have been sooner if July 4 hadn't happened!)

I like the GhostBed overall. It is much more firm than my last bed, which is great, but it is just a little more firm than I would prefer. I sleep better on it though, and I love that the pillows smell like lavender.
I would recommend this to a friend!
