Great Product & Easy Service

I got exactly what I ordered delivered early (even in the Christmas rush). Super comfortable after an easy set up. I recommend you position the box near where the bed is going to stay, 'cuz it's heavy and doesn't transfer easily from one room to another without help. Would buy another one if I needed a new mattress.

Ghost Bed on the firm side

Ordering was easy, simple and straight forward. Bed shipped quickly, arrived on time and was easy to set up. It came wrapped in plastic inside a box. Unbox it, let it sit a few hours and its good to go. I'm not sure what bed firmness scales are based on, this bed lists at being on the soft side of medium however I would rate it on firm side of medium. Its not park bench hard but you do sleep right on top of the mattress. Given the materials its made from I thought it would have a cushier feel. Giving it some more time to see if it 'breaks in'. Not being to thick the bed works very well on our adjustable frame. So far neither of us have experienced waking up in the morning with any back pain or aches.

Great mattress

The wife and I have had the same spring mattress since we originally moved in together (10 years ago). It was time for a change. I suffer from chronic lower back pain, as well as, pain from a SLAP tear in my shoulder. We did the research on the competitor mattresses. However, I am glad that we choice Ghostbed. I now look forward to sleeping in my bed. I have pain free sleep again. It really is a great value mattress. We also use the two free pillows that came with our mattress and I love them. I've always been a down pillow kind of guy. But the ghost pillow feels right and completes the whole pain free experience for me.

So Far So Great!

We bought the bundled queen bed, foundation, pillows and protective cover - great price and instant results! Noticed quickly we weren’t tossing and turning all night and our backs didnt hurt in the morning. The only bummer was when we opened the foundation box and realized we would have to put it “completely” together. Make sure you have plenty of space, the correct tools ready, a variable drill to speed up the process and a patient assistant. Took over an hour to put together... To sum it up - we’re glad we took the leap and joined the team! Outstanding customer service, perfect pillows, comfortable mattress. If you are on the fence Go for it!

very comfortable, just the right firmness. No odor. Easy to unpack and set up for 1 average adult. It's everything I had hoped for and none of the negative qualities mentioned on other memory foam mattress reviews

Arrived very quickly, a day less than projected! Could not have been an easier process, and the mattress and pillows are amazing! I chose them for the cooling features and they are as advertised I have not felt too warm in the bed yet!
