The bed is fine, there were 2-3 white washers that were broke, an I can't get the slide bolts in an locked. The holes don't line up. I haven't found it to be a problem, just hope it stays that way!!

I am a believer. I love this bed. I have never slept so well. Ultra-supported, while comfy, and stays cool. If I could go back in time and buy this bed again, I would do it over and over again, just to have the feeling of my first good sleep in years all over again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have tried to access the return policy. Told I needed to wait 30 days. Its been 22 days.....I tried really hard to love this bed but its just too firm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality but heavy

I live a traveling full time rv lifestyle and every pound I bring into my home is a pound of something else I cannot carry. This queen size was so heavy that I needed help carrying it. I can lift a spring mattress on my own.
The bed is very firm and I fing myself, not sinking but floating on top. I still toss and turn all night so it solved nothing for me. Perhaps great for someone over 250 who needs more support. Not a fan of this purchase.

The bed lives up to expectations. Also, waking up significantly less throughout the night from pain pints related to old should injuries.
