Exactly what we were looking for

We went with Ghostbed because of the good price for a king, and the reviews were rather positive. We had a soft queen size been but were looking for a former kin size bed. Although a lot of the reviews stated Ghostbed was on the softer side, my husband and I find it to be rather firm (compare to our old bed).The first couple nights were a little stiff and uncomfortable. We’ve had the bed for 3 weeks now and it has become softer and is now perfect. Neither of us have any back aches in the morning and we now have tons of room for us and our two dogs. We are happy with the bed for the price!!

Great mattress

We went on a trip to a fancy hotel this past weekend, and my wife was missing our GhostBed the whole time. I have personally compared this mattress to the Nectar mattress and the GhostBed is superior. The shipping is also excellent.

I wanted to like this bed. My sister and brother-in-law have it and love it. However, it's just too firm for my husband and me. I've had it 2.5 weeks, so still holding out for a few more to see if it softens up any, but I'm doubtful at this point. It has really helped with my hip pain, but has created shoulder pain due to its firmness. Also, I love how the pillows feel, but they have a lavender smell to them that I was hoping would go away, but hasn't; I've been waking up with a headache quite often and think it's because of the smell!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ghost bed a little too firm

My wife and I are both side sleepers on the petite side. After 30 nights we have pretty intense shoulder and back pain. It appears the mattress may not be soft enough at shoulder area. Otherwise a great mattress. Probably awesome for heavier sleepers

I was nervous because I'm 6'3" 290 and want a bed to be as firm as a sheet of plywood. This bed delivers. Very comfortable yet very firm.

Surprise - We both like it

What a stress-less way to get a mattress! Very comfortable. No chemical smell. It's thicker than our last expensive, latex mattress from local store. We have a platform frame with slats. Been sleeping on it almost 2 month before doing review. It's a keeper.
We weren't sure about the pillows initially. Took some getting used to. I love that there's cooling gel, but wish it was on both sides because it eventually warms up. Husband figured out he had to press his head into the pillow to get it to conform the way he wanted. I've used standard and buckwheat hull pillows - these support almost as well as buckwheat without the noise.
Great deal at a great price.
