Our queen ghost bed

After a few weeks of sleeping on this mattress, my wife and I both agree it definitely sleeps HOTTER than I was told. It also has no side support. When u are sleeping wake up many nights sweating. I may be calling to return for money back

Really impressed not only with the comfort of this mattress and adjustable bed, but the quality. We have the dual twin XL, and my wife and l both are sleeping better than ever. We had looked at bed systems that cost more than twice as much, but we feel that Ghostbed! Is the better choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was so excited to get this mattress that I went home on my lunch break, 30 minutes each way, just to make sure that my bed was unpacked and ready for me that night. When I initially laid down I noticed it was firm, but thought "hey...its supportive ". By the morning my back was a knot and I had spent the entire night tossing and turning. Not to be deterred I sent my children in, clad in clean socks to; jump, roll, bounce, and belly flop on the bed . Which unfortunately did little to soften the memory foam.
Lets fast forward to the end of week one. Me not having had a good nights sleep in nearly 8 days, I had become unrecognizable to friends and family. I was up to intravenous intake of coffee and those around me begged me to do something about this.
Which leads me to the biggest issue that I had with this whole thing, the return policy. 30 days... 30 days is the minimum before you can return this bed. Thats absurd.
This is, with no hyperbole, one of the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. And the thought of not having a good nights sleep for 22 more days made cringe. After several calls and chats I had still had nothing positive to report...No exchange, no return, no solution other than "people who report the mattress as being too firm love it by day 90" ; maybe.... So I decided, "Im stuck" Ill keep this thing for 30 days, I can manage that.
I couldn't. I travel a lot for work, 2 to 3 days a week, and coming home to that mattress made me anxious. As any road worrier knows there is a certain longing for ones own bed. A feeling of being home and comfortable, like a big hug. For me it was the opposite . I dreaded that mattress. Knowing that I would be tossing and turning and would wake up with my back and neck crumpled like every receipt I have ever gotten.
It was finally time that I put up a stand. I call again, and still nothing, but worse it appears that no one has been tracking my calls and complaints. I hung up the phone and opened my computer. I order a different mattress and leaned the ghost bed up against the wall. Where it will remain, watching me sleep, until I can return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used my new Ghostbed for about 2 months now and I am super happy with it. It took me a couple days to used to it, but after that it has been super comfortable. Been sleeping better ever since!

Solid once you wear it in

Was very easy to set up and it expanded very quickly. Not as strong an initial smell as I was expecting. The mattress itself was firmer than I thought it would be, but I’m comparing it to a soft (I think it was rated a 5) spring mattress, and I laid a pad on top of it. I got used to this one after about 3 weeks and now I love it.
It’s perfect for just laying back and watching tv/doing work. I’m a side sleeper and have woken up a few times with an ache in my lower back, but it’s because of the awkward way I sleep.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with king mattress, but disappointed that pillows only come in standard size. Looks pretty dumb on king size bed. Why can't bigger pillows be made.
