Love the bed. Wish it was a little firmer but it's lovely. Came fast. You can call c service and get a live human. After hours!

Too Soft

Based on the firmness rating we purchased the Ghost Bed thinking it was more to the firmer side. After sleeping on it for a few weeks it falls in the mid range of soft to firm 1 being soft 10 being firmest it is a 5. Everything associated with purchasing the bed was great. We received the bed the next day after ordering. We haven't had it 31 days yet but when that is met we will be sending the bed back. Hopefully the return will be as advertised as no hassles. This bed is a good bed it was just to soft for our comfort. The problem with these beds in a box you just don't know what firmness it will be since there is no standard scale and everybody is different. We went to various websites for testimonials all were different when it came to firmness. We have ordered another bed that is supposed to be firmer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not live up to its story

Unfortunately, the bed does not have the support that it advertises. Woke up with back pain everyday on a queen Ghostbed. The days I slept on my fiancée's Tempurpedic or a hotel bed...no back pain.
Wish the bed was more comfortable. Planning on returning it.

The bed took a few nights to break in but it's very comfortable. Ordered a King and it fits 2 adults plus 3 large dogs! If you like a more firm mattress, this is the bed for you!

We’ve had our queen size

We’ve had our queen size ghost bed for almost two months and are very happy with it. My fiancé wishes it was a little firmer, that could be partially due to our old box springs we are using. The center seems a bit too soft, but overall a comfortable bed!

The ordering process was super simple. My bed arrived in a matter of days and I was sleeping like a king in days. The two free pillows are an extra bonus and add that final touch of comfort making this the best bed I've ever slept on. Buy this bed only if oversleeping isn't an issue. I'm so impressed I convinced my parents to buy one and they are waiting on me to help set it up now. Happy sleeping!

Definitely not for us. This mattress was way too stiff and my wife and both woke up with increasing levels of back pain each night we tried to adjust.
