Arrived promptly. Easy to move and set up by myself. Lower profile than the mattress it replaced, which I expected, but it's worth noting the height measurement before you shop for new sheets. Nothing about this mattress stands out to me but if anything were wrong I would notice, so I don't mean that in a bad way. It does it's job unobtrusively.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This mattress is the best ever. We were comfortable on it right from the first night and all of our chronic back pains have disappeared!! Love the pillows too! Definitely worth every penny!

Enjoying my new ghostned but we keep our room very cold (60 or so) in winter and I’m finding the mattress is quite firm at that temperature. We’re still breaking it in as well

Excellent bed. Bought a Queen for our guest room. Our son stole the pillows for his room, so now I need to order more pillows! Looks like we will be purchasing a new King mattress for our room in the near future! Fast delivery, no complaints! Guests love it!!!!

Very firm mattress

This mattress had my whole body hurting for over a week. It is so firm that it does not give, and it is almost like sleeping on the floor. When I requested to return it with a refund, I was informed that I had to keep it for at least 30 days before I could start the process for a refund and that I would have to find a specific organization to donate the mattress to. I was also told that it is best if we jump on the bed to help open the fibers within the mattress to allow it to give a little. We are two weeks in to the 30 days, and it is not much better at all. I wake up with cramps in my bad in the middle of the night. It better start to become a better night's sleep for me to change my feelings of this being a huge mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The bed is firm, but if you let yourslef just lay for a while you will sink in and you will be cozy.
