Had the mattress and pillows for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. The mattress is comfortable and soft enough to lay on but still has plenty of support for myself and my wife. We sleep in all kinds if positions and the bed is comfortable in all of them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this mattress after sleeping on one at my son's house. It was the first time in years I didn't wake up with a back ache. I ordered a queen size, it was delivered and we set it up according the instructions on the outside of the box. After 2 weeks the mattress had not risen to the full 11". It was at 9 and the sides were soft to the point if we slept too close to the edge of the mattress, we slid out. Called customer service, after taking and submitting several photos, they replace the mattress. The middle of the new mattress is at 11" but the perimeter is still at about 7-9" after a week. We have not slept on the mattress yet. When my husband called to see if we had done something wrong, the lady said it could take up to 30 days for it to fully inflate. Not sure what we are going to do since the website states only one return per household. Anyone else have this same inflating problem??

Wondering if it might not be a defective mattress.
It's been about 2.5 years since we got ours. Within a few months, my side of the bed was considerably worn in compared to my wife's.
My side of the bed feels like a spring mattress with 15 years of wear and tear already. It's much softer than the rest of the bed. I sink in and feel like I'm in a hole. I'm not a really big guy.. and well below the weight limit, so I'm not happy with the way it has worn in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband loves this mattress! It is firm but not too much which is good because I like a softer mattress, it's a good compromise. It does take some breaking-in, which is why I gave 4/5 stars. The first night I rolled off since the center was higher than the side lip. But after a few days, it gets better.

I am haPpY with my Ghost bed purchase. came super fast and easy to set up. The pillow is a great addition to my sleep as well. I have been trying out pillows for years but have not found the right one until now.
