The bed is pretty great. The setup was easy, the packaging was convenient, and (after breaking it in) the firmness is good.
I would say that the firmness is a bit more firm than "medium". But it's a minor thing that gets fixed as you sleep in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with the bed. Very comfy, yet I'm not sinking all the way in like memory foam. Set up was a breeze. Delivery took longer than expected - only ding.

Everything from the construction of the cover (cool) too the thoughtful design was great, but personal preference was that it was far too firm for me (230lbs / 6'1) - highly recommend trying their hybrid if you like a softer feel.

Only had our bed for a few weeks. Haven’t decided yet if I like it. It’s seems a little bit harder than I like. Other than that it’s good. You must understand this is my first online mattress purchase & my luck with mattresses isn’t good

I’ve had my Ghostbed for about 30 days. I have the original model. So far, it’s been comfortable but it’s too firm for me. I should’ve went for a memory foam type model. I also received the pillows. They give my head support where needed but just like the mattress, they’re too firm as well.
