Easy to use, even for me.

It's handy in the field but the brightness is not adequate, even in in low light in the woods. Hard to make out any animal detail outdoors. In the house it's better. I suppose it would eat batteries too fast if it was brighter. I have a super-old Leopold reader rechargeable that's much brighter but has a small screen and lacks other features.
