Web site nearly unusable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To try to review a product is complete pain. If you DON'T want reviews of your products, well done.
Your contact us link on the web site is nearly useless. I just wanted to drop a simple message product registration, completely impossible. If I am wrong about impossible, then you have hidden it very well.
All I wanted to say is that product registration should accept PDF also. You do sell through quite a few places where sometimes the PDF receipt is the only receipt. PDF 124KB, vs printed and picture from cell phone 1,888KB.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago to replace my gas powered backpack blower. I've been very pleased with my purchase. The easy start up, quiet power and no gas smell is a win. I can run this full go for about 15 minutes which is perfect for my yard.
It's also lightweight on your back. Would definitely suggest having an extra battery to swap out though.
I would recommend this to a friend!
