Misleading Advertising: this is extremely loud

This blower is extremely loud. You'll need to use protection for the ears.
Greenworks mis advertise the product on their website saying this is "low noise" and with the picture of a man talking on a cell phone nearby someone operating the machine.
If the product was used or is renewed, they won't allow you to return it despite the misleading advertising.

Greenworks was able replace the battery quickly to get the blower up and running again. This blower is very strong and the shoulder strap makes it comfortable to use for an extended period of time. I would recommend.
