These things break about 3 time year. Design flaw.

Hello Broke from buying. Thank you for your feedback regarding the scraper bar on your Greenworks snow blower. The scraper bar is a wear-and-tear part designed to drag along the ground, and frequent replacement can occur, especially on rough surfaces, uneven terrain, or in very cold weather.
Tips to help extend its life: Let the snow blower glide with minimal downward pressure. Clear rocks, ice chunks, and debris before use. Regularly inspect the scraper for wear or bowing. Adjustable skid shoes (if applicable) should be set correctly to prevent digging in too hard. For heavy-duty or uneven surfaces, consider a two-stage snow blower with a metal scraper bar.
We appreciate your feedback and hope these tips help improve your experience with your Greenworks snow blower. If you require any additional support or have questions regarding a product, we recommend try our Q&A section on product page or Chat with us direct on our website www.greenworkstools.com.
