It's relatively easy to put together. However like all appliances in the last ten years, the directions could be a lot clearer. We haven't had enough snow to try it yet but I seems like it will handle 6-8" at a time. For a big storm you'd have to go out more than once. But that's true anyway.

Short battery life

I’ve had this blower a couple of years now and it was the bomb but has developed a short battery life , which is reducing it down to a very short amount of time to use. I have to do my blowing in piece meal with several charging sessions per day to complete the job on a fairly small yard. It still blows hard and does well but for a short time period. Looking to replace it with a Ryobi from HD with the versatile battery system
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use the blower everyday on our artificial turf to keep it clear of leaves. It is a fabulous strong blower and the yard is always clean for the dogs and no unfortunate step on dog messes as we now see where to clean up.

When I got the blower the battery would not charge, called customer service, they sent me a new one. Still had it in time for weekend clean up. The blower preformed better than my old gas blower and was much liter and easier to handle. The blower is great and the friendly polite customer service were supper, thank you to them.

We have many trees on our property. This blower handles corralling the leaves quicky. It is heavier than I anticipated and the extended life battery throws off the balance. A switch lock would make using easier.
