First one was excellent, the second had some issues

I bought a wonderful PRO 80V 580 CFM Backpack Blower and was impressed by its power and ease of use, e.g. you plug in the battery (no gasoline mess or expense or fumes or inconvenience), strap the blower on, point, pull the trigger and you can control the amount of blowing with the trigger. That may seem a small thing, but in the past, fine-tuned blowing was much less intuitive, and you would normally be blowing full force everywhere you pointed. Having such control means that if you want to get things out of small spaces, a light trigger pull allows only those things to be nudged out of its cubbyhole, instead of just blowing everything in airborne swirls that land right back where it came from. Also, letting go of the trigger stopped the blower completely, quietly without wasting energy.
That's the great part. The less great part is that my wonderful blower was stolen and I needed to replace it. The harness for the new one was missing one strap (they are normally sewn to the harness) and the other one's clip was broken. I called Greenworks and they sent a replacement that looks like it will work. The new blower also seems to have a noise at the beginning of the blowing that makes me think something is wrong with the motor. There is also a bit of an air leak at the place where the hose attaches to the trigger mechanism, causing a tiny bit of pressure to be lost. The last two issues could be the result of my paying extra attention to the machine after the harness issues dampened my enthusiasm about the company's manufacturing standards.
I have a sample of 2 which is not at all good way to judge a company's products. I have their 80V lawn mower (excellent) and their corded powerwasher (also excellent, except that it is corded, I wish it was possible for them to make and 80V version). So really, of Greenworks products, the sample is 4, 1 of which is less than perfect, but still a great device.

80V blower

I used this to replace a 20v blower from another brand. Wow, what a difference! This pushes leaves, cut grass and branches like a mini tornado. We cleared our yard in under 20 minutes and the 4AH battery still had juice to spare.

Great Battery

Due to cold weather the old battery would not run tool. Due to the low charge and would not charge in charger. Made sure the new battery was fully charged when I received it. I then hooked the two batteries together (+to+ and - to -) and after about a half hour the old battery had recovered enough charge, and when put in the charger it fully charged. Now have two fully charged useful batteries.

Already have an 80v snow blower, string trimmer, edger and mower. Had to get this and i am so glad i did. Lots of power, 2 speeds. Extremely light. Cleans my sidewalks and my mower!

Writing this review after a month of usage. This 80V blower replaced my corded one and I'm very happy with it. Air stream is even stronger than my previous one and does the job great. It does weight a bit more because of a battery which life is sufficient to do a lot of cleanup around the house
