[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought the green Works 80V 2AH battery 17 inch string trimmer trimmer And although it is a little heavy, the strap really helps. So much easier than having to fool with a gas trimmer and trying to get it to start when you’re 71 years old. The only thing is, I wish the battery was more than 2AH so it could last longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased a combo trimmer/blower. The items arrived yesterday and I was thrilled to open and use them immediately. The instructions in the box included an edger, but none for the trimmer. It was easy enough to put together and I started using it. After only apx. 10 ft. of trimming the string on one side came off. I tried to download user manual from the greenworkstools website, but kept getting error messages. Finally figured out how to open the bottom and after more than an hour have not succeeded in threading the string and closing the housing again. I will return this tomorrow.
Pros: Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality and powerful tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to this string trimmer after having a different brand (whose tool broke after using its feature as intended to turn the trimmer into an edger). I’ve been rigging the other tool just to get it to work properly. Once I switched to this trimmer I immediately took notice of the immense power this thing has. Worked amazing and I fully expect it to last for years to come.

String Does Not Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this trimmer two years ago and now avoid it entirely. The sting is impossible to load, never feeds out by itself and breaks off too fast when I feed it out manually. I bought it because I like the mower and wanted to match charging types. I HATE THIS TOOL!!!! Stay away.
