[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout this product over the summer and love it. Once I learned how to replace the line, it made the process easy. I also have a blower, hedge trimmer, and multiple size batteries.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a Greenworks household with 6 tools already. This didn’t disappoint. The battery lasted for over an hour using a high powered blade on an attachment. This is important for country living.

Good luck finding replacement heads

I would have given it a 4 but the fact that the head only lasted 1 summer and they are sold out and can't find replacement i'm going to have to downgrade to a 3.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the trimmer performed well for you, but we understand your frustration with the head lasting only one season and the difficulty finding a replacement. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Our team is working to restock replacement heads, and we would be happy to help you find the correct part or an equivalent Greenworks option. Please feel free to reach out Greenworks via Live chat on our website (www.greenworkstools.com), call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or refer to the FAQ ask section of the tool or ask us a question, anytime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the power and portability of this tool. Battery life lasts well beyond expectation and so far the stringer does not have issues like many standard heads I've dealt with on gas powered units from other brands.
