The 80v cuts through the tall thick weeds in the back yard like butter. With my Milwaukee I thought the weeds would pull the head around. Sounds fun. Not in practice tho. The Greenworks 80v charges through and makes the Milwaukee look like a child’s toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I intentionally purchased a refurbished unit with the battery power that matches our lawnmower. The purchase went fine, and the tech team answered some basic questions about the operation of the unit as provided instructions were scant. I was even referenced to a YouTube video on how to wind up the string. I'm use to buying pre-wound spools. I'm practicing now as I'm not use to dual strings cutting at once. It was worth the money!

I'm a really experienced user (used to own a landscaping company with over 400 weekly lawn maintenance customers...), and am super impressed. I know that you aren't "supposed" to do this, but I run it without the guard, and used square .080 line run a little long and it cuts through ANYTHING without hesitation. After used on my .5 acre lawn, it still has 75+% battery power with the supplied battery. As for my useage, it's perfect and has no negatives.
