Can finally retire my gas trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have have always used a gas trimmer from different companies then I tried a few battery powered ones but they just didn't hold up. Either the battery life was too short or they just didn't have the lower to complete the job. I would always go back to my gas trimmer. I bought this and so t think I will ever go back. Power is amazing with the 80v, battery life is great, having the option to add attachments, that I already had with my gas mowers, is a complete bonus. Would highly recommend this and wouldn't hesitate.

Bump geed mechanism is useless

A key feature of a trimmer is feeding string. It is absolutely maddening to work with this. It never fed well but I just replaced the bump, spring, and thread cover hoping for a different outcome and this thing will still not maintain more than 2 inches of string. I had to take the cover apart 5 times this morning to manually feed string to do a section of my yard and it's still not done. It works great and fast when a sufficient amount thread is fed out, but this trimmer can't manage to feed that
