[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lifespan of this unit is inferior at best. Maybe the design materials could be more robust. And at the price point it is they ought to be !!
Pros: Convenient
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Falcon14.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry you felt the cost was more than expected. Working hard in the garden is all part of the pleasure. However, it also means your tools need to work hard as well. This leads to wear and tear on trimmer parts. We do recommend having spare parts knob and trimmer line to help make regular maintenance easier.
Greenworks Tools offers commonly purchased replacement parts such as batteries, chargers chains/bars, spools, trimmer line, and mower blades directly through our site here:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a 60v Greenworks weedeater for years. It was my first of many cordless Greenworks tools I've purchased - leaf blower, edger, chainsaw, and this year a lawn mower. The covering for my weedeater head, after years of use, broke. So I ordered a new part. easy to install and replace. Works great. I recommend the part.
Pros: Easy to Use
I would recommend this to a friend!
