To help troubleshoot, we recommend first ensuring the battery is fully seated in the charger and that the charger is plugged into a working outlet. Check the charger indicator lights for any flashing patterns, as these can signal temperature-related delays or charging issues. If the battery was stored in a very cold or hot environment, allow it to return to room temperature before attempting to charge again. It can also help to remove and reinsert the battery a few times to ensure proper contact. If the battery still does not respond on the charger after these steps, it may indicate an issue within the battery pack itself, and we recommend reaching out to Greenworks success for assistance. Great blower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to give up our gas powered blower. Difficult to start. This Grenworks blower is a monster! I bought the 80 volt blower/ Line trimmer combo. I really like the power! The 80 volt battery is a litle heavy, but thr tol is balanced well. Im very hapy with thr purchase!

V80 Weed eater line Trimmer 16"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The over all performance is great. I am having trouble wearing out the line feeder heads. Makes it very difficult to install new line to trimmer. I trim grass around a lot of cement which is very abrasive and hard on the plastic head bump surface. It is hard to find the correct replacement head for this device. I used the parts manual that came with the unit and nothing matched. What I have ordered is the closes thing to what came with the unit.
