Powerful, but slight learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used this trimmer to edge my lawn along the driveway and walkways. As I started, I quickly learned that I needed to control it better as I was wobbling back and forth. It did a great job - except where I gouged the turf. Does edge better on the slower speed in my opinion.

Spool and line difficulties

Have bought at least 5 Greenworks products including a riding mower. I'm happy with all of them except this trimmer. The line is difficult to load in the spool and jams frequently. The central top continually jams and I have to stop trimming and pull the line out until the central head pops back out. Sorry Greenworks but a video won't help with a product that has a lot of issues like this. It's my mistake for not buying a trimmer that accepts preloaded spools. Lesson learned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow! So much better than electric!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much better, I had an electric trimmer before and I hated the 100 ft cord. I am impressed with how quiet it is and how much power it has! I was able to trim my 1 archer yard with multiple buildings and trees in one charge! I also love that the battery charges so quickly!
