No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on your experience with our Lenovo product. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Please try to go into safe mode. Try these steps:
1. If you have a windows sign-in screen, use "Shift + Restart" the power icon should be on the bottom right-hand corner clicking on it you should see the option to restart.
2. Interrupting the normal boot process three times in a row, if Windows 10 fails to boot normally it enters by default in an automatic repair mode. You can use the power button to interrupt it. Then select advanced options when automatic repair mode is triggered.
3. Use a windows 10 installation and the command prompt. By selecting repair your computer to trigger advanced options again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It said Full HD, but the color, refresh, and picture quality is absolutely crisp like higher resolution monitors. Speakers are integrated, however I don’t use them and they’re subpar. But that doesn’t affect this review. Highly recommend this monitor.
