The thermostat is not new. I am the new owner of the home, and was unable to connect it to WiFi. Your representative was very patient and capable, and helped me. The thermostat works fine.

With this product the app is not showing me the automation section which allows you to set up geofencing. It alerts me that I’ve crossed the boundary and don’t have set back settings in place but lacks the section to do so.
