Very reliable printer. However, it takes time to figure out how to make duplex printing and, even much- much longer, how to make scaning. These issues need to be addressed and detailed instructions should be made

This printer does not disappoint!! Purchased for my notary side job that requires 200+pages per job. This printer is fast!! Pages print within seconds. New owner so can't speak on longevity, but for now, couldn't be happier!!

Small footprint, easy to set up for an individual who dislikes the often confusing jargon that seems to be a part of almost all technology now and it just works as advertised. HP printers have an excellent reputation to go with the higher prices. The products are reliable and last.

I bought this for my small office. I have always had HP printers and have always set them up myself. I have another printer that is color and also connected to my wifi. This model though, has been hard setting up to be able to print wirelessly. I have tried the HP website, YouTube videos and still can't get it to print wirelessly from my laptop. I have it connected to my work PC (wired) and there it works great! I will keep trying to find a way to connect it to my Wifi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving the speed of this printer, and the 550 page paper tray is very helpful. We're planning to purchase two more in the near future. The smaller footprint is also nice. We print labels, bond, plain paper, post cards and certified mail documents with it.

This printer is perfect for a busy office. The speed is spectacular, the automatic duplexing is a real paper-saver and it performs flawlessly. The main paper tray holds a ream of paper saving us a lot of time. We bought one for the busiest tax accountant (the owner) and quickly followed with 4 more. We bought additional paper trays for each printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout this a couple weeks ago and it won’t link up to my laptop. Only 1 of the 3. The tonor is way too expensive. The off brand tonor needs a chip that is way too hard to get out. The tonor doesn’t last long. Not goo for business use at all. Prints good if your using for personal use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
