The power pack works fine but instructions are opaque and not user friendly. Even the model number is not clear (511 or 621?). Something so simple should not generate so much confusion.

I love the color selection of these chargers. Made sure to get a green one as it is the perfect shade of green, it goes with all of my office decoration. This charger charges my phone the fastest I've ever experienced. It's great to use in a time crunch
