This is an amazing blender - still learning how to manage the heat when I don't want it, but sauces and pastes are SO SMOOTH in this thing. I miss my old blender's glass container, but I'll never go back.
The Vitamix 5200 model has been a huge upgrade from the Ninja blender I was using previously. Very happy and worth the investment. Makes great smoothies, cocktails, and silky smooth soups! Looking forward to experimenting more as time goes on.
This blender is powerful and versatile. I made a homemade walnut butter yesterday and it blended it to a creamy smooth consistency with no problems. I’ve blended up some sauces and curries in it as well; smooth, velvety texture every time.
Pros: Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility
I’ve wanted a Vitamix for years but just could not justify the price. So after buying my 4th cheaper blender I decided to bite the bullet and get myself a Vita-mix. I love it and wish I would have saved myself the stress the price generated. Yes it’s expensive but you do get what you pay for. I love it, cleans up easily, and works so great.
Pros: Speed of Service, Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Power
After having a few blenders these past few years, which inevitably broke, leaked or stopped working, I thought enough! With the combined amount of money spent I should have just started with the best, Vitamix 5200! I’m so happy and I know it will last a lifetime. It’s beautiful to look at, blends nicely and it’s so easy to clean.
