I love my white Vitamix! I can’t believe I waited this long to get it. It’s is a big purchase but it is so worth it. After trying different cheaper versions I quickly realized you get what you pay for. I did my research and finally, after seen this was recommended by the NYTs wirecutter I decided to take the leap and I am so happy! This one is powerful, easy to use and clean and does the job in seconds. Great for green juices and smoothies and so much more!

Though this blender is pricey, my first thought when I started using it was, why did I wait so long to get one! Now I can make purees or soups without having to use a strainer! Saves so much effort and creates better food! No regrets on splurging that much money!

We bought the 5200 10 years ago and we use it daily. The warranty is great! We had a problem with the drive wheel and it was immediately replaced. I even bent the blade when I left a spoon in it and they replaced the container! This is a workhorse! We’ve done soups, purées, daily smoothies.
