very good, very silent, the only think is that smells a little burn when you use even for short periods in medium-high capacity. but I believe that this is normal in the beginning. I hope with time the machine motor will adapt and get stronger.

The ONLY Vitamix I’ll buy! I had a refurbished 5200 machine that needed to be replaced after 8 years and I originally went with one of the newer low profile Vitamixes. Don’t make the same mistake I did! The LP machines absolutely do not blend small batches of anything and they make a huge mess. The 5200 is the perfect Vitamix! The form is great and the function is even better. The .2HP increase in the new models doesn’t really do much. My 5200(s) have never met anything they couldn’t handle. Yes it’s an investment but if you use your blender a lot, or blend all sorts of foods, the Vitamix is always your best bet.
