Streamlined Storage

Easy to put together and perfect for the small space.
I took off a point because I feel like it is a little shaky when you add something, and may not be able to hold a really heavy object.

Concerning flaw

This good looking, simple and well thought out rack has a severe Achilles heel — the attachment point is very poorly designed and engineered virtually ensuring failure in a short period of time. Both our units have failed due to the poorly engineered plastic (NOT steel) plug that receives the threaded bolt that holds the post upright to the base. Once it comes loose — and it unfailingly will — the unit is kaput. Curiously, Yamazaki will not provide a simple replacement part. Handsome, but junk.

Coat Rack for my Son's Bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coat Rack came pretty fast. The clear tape was torn down the middle area, luckily the inside is adequately packed, so no damage was done. I put it in my adult son's bedroom so he can hang clothing and a swim towel on it instead of on his carpeted floor or on our living room sofa. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy, I wouldn't mind another one, lol.

Great Coat rack.

So far this is a great coat rack. The base is heavy enough to not cause the rack to fall over so that’s good. Was pretty simple to set up too. So far it seems high quality.
