I recently bought the straightener and all I can say is WOW Dyson have done it again and created a miracle!!!
I have naturally curly hair and hate straightening my hair as it usually results in frying it and dull hair but not now. Results are sleek, soft and shiny hair.
Don’t hesitate people we’ll worth the purchase and its cordless..what’s not to LOVE ❤️

Pull my hair

I just bought this straightener about 2 weeks ago I used it twice. The 1st time I used a thermal protectant and the 2nd time I didn’t use. One side I used 330 the other side 365. Each time I used it it pulled my hair and it hurt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The cord free format of the Dyson Corrale will also allow you to style wherever you want.
The Corrale™ straightener uses four key pieces of technology. The flexing plates provide just the right amount of flex to gather and adapt to the hair, and also provide the tension needed for styling. The intelligent heater system delivers the required heat to the plates. Intelligent heat control regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second to make sure they never exceed your chosen temperature. And finally, a 4-cell lithium ion battery enables enhanced styling with cord-free versatility. We're sorry to hear that you felt that the plates were pulling your hair, during your use. We would recommend making sure parting your hair in 3 sections and ensuring your hair is fully dry before you use the Dyson Corrale™ straightener. Another tip we recommend is using some tension as the plates are flexible and applying tension will allow the hair to pass through with ease.

I’ve had many flat irons and this does not even begin to compare to any of them! All the features are amazing and especially love the cordless feature. Only down side is it’s weight, but it’s definitely not a deal beaker and you get used to it

I have extremely think hair and I normally have to use a flat iron at high heat. But that means that some portions of my hair get damaged. This flat iron has changed my entire hair routine !!! It’s just amazing !!! Worth every penny if you consider how much money you spend on “repair balms, masks, etc.....”

Nice but not worth the price

It's a nice straightener, I dont get that burnt smell in my hair even after I wash it, usually I would smell that burnt smell in my hair after its washed but with this I dont. That's about the best thing I could say about it. Everything else it does my other straightener does and my other one curls a lot better. By the way I have fine hair with a little wave to it.

Amazing product!

Was a bit hesitant but so glad I ordered this - cordless functionality alone is worth the $ (for me) and its a phenomenal straightener. It felt a bit heavy at first but quickly got used to it. Getting some great waves and curls with it as well (cordless makes this so much easier).

Great tool, but not meant for thick/ long hair

I’ve had the straightener for about 2 weeks now, I was very eager to get my hands on it. My ethnicity is West Indian, curly/ wavy thick hair , I’m 5’2 and the length of my hair is down to my butt. I timed myself throughout the course of the duration to do my hair. Usually when straightening my hair it takes me 45 minutes to do my hair with the dyson I ran into some issues I.e because it was cordless it died very quickly. It was at the 32 minute marker when it died and the cord would charge it but then after 10 mins of you charging and still using it, it would completely shut off. So you have to completely stop, let it charge, then resume. It overall took me 2 hours to do my hair because of me stopping and then resuming. It also wasn’t smoothly gliding along my hair, kinda was pulling my hair and I didn’t like that. Felt like it was damaging it. It also is a tad bit heavy & because I have a lot of hair it was kind of annoying. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who has the amount of hair like I do. It’s definitely great for shorter, not as thick of hair. Good concept but needs improvement.

With the cord-free design, you can style for up to 30 minutes, or if you need longer, you can also style in hybrid charge mode, with the magnetic charging cable attached. Also, the Corrale™ will receive up to 90% battery charge in just 40 minutes. We're sorry to learn that in your use, you found that it took longer than normal to style your hair.
