Pulled my hair out

I liked it being cordless; unfortunately that was the best feature about it. It was too bulky and heavy, and way too big around to use easily. The plates were too short, and the “flex plate” feature pulled my hair out. I kept it for a week Nd returned it. Dyspn needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The flexing plates provide just the right amount of flex to gather and adapt to the hair, and also provide the tension needed for styling. The intelligent heater system delivers the required heat to the plates. Intelligent heat control regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second to make sure they never exceed your chosen temperature. And finally, a 4-cell lithium ion battery enables enhanced styling with cord-free versatility.

Its a bit bulky compared to others. Cordless feature is awesome, wish battery life was a bit longer. One pass through hair is an adjustment, but works great!

Love the cordless Dyson!

Love it- wish it was a steamer as well so you can use it on wet hair. I have lots of beautiful naturally light blonde hair and this wonderful device does not damage my hair! My hair is silky, soft, smooth and just gorgeous! Easy to use, warms up in seconds. You’ll never go back to a corded iron again!!

Best straightener I have ever owned. I have always bought top of the line straightener and this is by far the best ever. I would recommend this , it is expensive but worth every dollar.

I love the wireless feature it has, the most. I now, go to the RR, turn it on, go get dressed then come back and do my hair quickly. I use to wear my hair up a lot because of the hassle of the traditional straightener. The only thing I don’t like is how bulky the charger is. My husband built me a box to hide all the cabling from it so it could just sit on top.

I own all dyson hair products. This is by far the best flat iron/curling iron I have ever used. It is easy to use and you get great results quickly. It is with every penny!!!
