It’s decent

I really like the straightener. It does snag on hair occasionally which is a problem but other than that it’s great it doesn’t have my hair smelling fried and it gets my hair bone straight even though my hair is curly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Corrale™ straightener uses four key pieces of technology. The flexing plates provide just the right amount of flex to gather and adapt to the hair, and also provide the tension needed for styling. The intelligent heater system delivers the required heat to the plates. Intelligent heat control regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second to make sure they never exceed your chosen temperature. And finally, a 4-cell lithium ion battery enables enhanced styling with cord-free versatility. With regard to feeling any sort of tension or pulling on the hair, we would recommend making sure you're parting your hair in 3 sections and ensuring your hair is fully dry before you use the Dyson Corrale™ straightener. Another tip we recommend is using some tension as the plates are flexible and applying tension will allow the hair to pass through with ease. Great for hard to tame hair!

If you have thick, curly, frizzy hair and typically buy high priced straighteners and use them at 450 degrees, then this will be worth every penny to you. It really does straighten my hair with one pass at 410 and I can easily curl the ends. It’s heavier than a normal straightener but you get used to it quickly. All that said, it is super pricey so I wouldn’t recommend it for those with easy to straighten hair or those that can get away with using lower temperatures.

Heavier than I expected

I debated this purchase as it's just way too much for a straightener. I didn't even pay this much for my Dyson Vacuum or Dyson Handheld Vacuum, or my Dyson Hair Dyer for that matter. I saw a stylist that I follow using it and then decided to take the plunge. I have used it 3 times so far since with this COVID situation I haven't ventured out much. It's heavier than I thought it would be, but so much easier to overlook while using because of the cordless feature. I am able to straighten, wave, or curl my medium length hair in 10-15 minutes so no worry about the battery yet as I noticed other reviewers had mentioned. Easy to use buttons. No pulling on my hair as other reviewers stated also so they must not be using it correctly. My hair defiantly felt better after using it then if I had used my previous expensive brand straightener. By the third use I was very happy with my results and my hair still looks great after day 6. Yep 6 days with wave still intact. Took a star off for price and weight, but again willing to overlook for the functionality of the cordless feature and way my hair looks and feels.

Whether styling smooth and sleek or wavy, my hair is soft, shiny and feels amazing! The weight takes some getting used to, but the cordless feature is terrific. Love the dryer too!!

My husband bought the Dyson Corrale straightener for me about a month ago. I love everything about it!!! Top fave features are that it's cordless and that it takes a lot less time and heat to style my hair!!! Would recommend it to everyone.

I bought this straightener for my wife unfortunately she never got to use it when she received it because it had a malfunction with charging and turning on. So I had to return it. Waiting for the exchange hopefully it’s a better turn out. Bummer

I thought i had experienced all flat irons but this one beats them all from silk to one pass through hair and less damage to my hair is phonominal. The best part is it's cordless. Thats a plus for me and thats why I had to have it. You pay for what you get and this iron is well worth every penny.
