Fantastic straightener!

I recently purchased this as a birthday gift for myself and I wish I’d done that years ago! It doesn’t pull my hair. I don’t have to do as many passes as before. And it’s silky smooth-the best I’ve used.

Almost Perfect

I love the way this works! It’s easy on my wrist and hands due to the flexing plates. It doesn’t overheat and burn my hair. It straightens or curls depending on how you use it. My only two minor issues are the cords for charging is rather large and heavy making it somewhat if a problem to take on travels once we can travel again. The charge hold a good three days but if I travel longer than three days, I will need to take the charging cord. Still, I would recommend this. As with all the other Dyson products I own, it’s a keeper.

Great straightener, works well on my frizzy hair without damaging it. Hairs are soft and smooth. The bad points are the weight of the Corrale and the battery last only 20 minutes which is too short to do all my hairs.

Cord will not stay attached to straighten hair

Cord keeps falling out when trying to straighen hair. Machine is also super heavy compare to any other models. Worst item ever purchased, do not waste your time or money.,

I bought this straightener a week ago and have not been very impressed. Yes, I had very high standards for the hot tool given the price, but I honestly felt as if it didn't deliver. It gets the job done, but not any better than other straighteners I have tried. I experiment a lot with styling tools and thought that I would have to stop experimenting after purchasing this, but the search goes on. Love the technology that goes behind the product, but did not work great on my hair type. My hair felt like it was getting caught between the plates and was breaking off through each pass. I think this product would work better on other hair types. Wouldn't discredit the tool, but did not work well with my hair type.

This machine features intelligent heat control, fast charging, up to 30-minutes of cord-free styling time, and Magnesium copper alloy flexing plates. With regard to it pulling or catching your hair, we would recommend making sure parting your hair in 3 sections and ensuring your hair is fully dry before you use the Dyson Corrale™ straightener. Another tip we recommend is using some tension as the plates are flexible and applying tension will allow the hair to pass through with ease.

Absolute Game Changer

I am 38 years old and I’ve finally found the one! By the one I mean the ONLY hair straightener in the world that delivers salon quality results at home. For the first time in my life, I can stop going to the salon once a week to get my hair done, and actually make it look amazing by myself. Hats off to the whole Dyson team for inventing this hair tool, I’m a guaranteed lifer. This is also the first time in my life any product has impressed me so much that I took the time to do a review, I’m just so excited to finally be able to my hair at home and have it look absolutely professional. Thank you Dyson!

This is my third hair product from Dyson and it's another winner! This particular set comes with a brush and comb. I found that the brush worked really well when blow drying my hair (with Dyson blow dryer). It's light and easy to handle. The comb has nice large spaces between the teeth, making it easy to comb my hair.
The straightener is by far the best I've ever used. I must admit that my hair is already straight, but a straightener gives it a more polished frizz free look. Plus I can use it to make waves.
This straightener is easy to use right out of the box. First you'll notice a tag with an airplane on it. This is to be used when you fly to make it flight ready. Once you put it in place, then you set up the stand and plug in the charge cord to the item and plug it in. There's a lock button that you unlock and open the straightener. Just turn on the power button and you'll see the battery status and choose your temperature with +/- controls. I have mine set to chime when it's ready to use, but you can turn that sound off if it bothers you. I find it charming! The floating heads of the appliance make it so easy and smooth to use. My hair looked great!
The only reason for 4 stars in stead of 5 stars, is because it's a little heavy. However, it's still easy to handle and nice to be able to use it cordless. The cord itself is long and a little cumbersome with a battery pack (?) on it making it heavy too. The stand works fine, but you have to set up the straightener vertically and I think being able to charge it horizontally would be a better design.
Overall, a really great product for performance and technology. It's another impressive Dyson product.

I have been used this straightener for 2 weeks, I am so far very satisfied with its performance. The number one benefit is the cord-free design, it's so convenient to be able to use it anywhere.
Because I don’t have tons of hair, it takes me only a few minutes to straighten my entire hair and about 10 mins to curl my hair, so I never find the buttery performance a problem for me. Hopefully, the battery life is long enough.
Most important it keeps my hairstyle all day!
The battery charges very fast. I found when repeating not causing frizz easily. It is heavy though, I probably won’t travel with it, but the weight does provide a luxury feeling when using it.
