Hard to charge

I have had the product for over 6 months and I absolutely love the way it straightens my hair. The issue I have and I am hopeful Dyson can improve on, is the charging indicator. I have thought it is charged and tried to turn it on and it would not. Maybe it is just mine- but it has to be wiggled onto to stand to charge and I can never tell with the indicator lights what is going on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We thank you for the feedback about your charging stand. When using the charging stand, you do want to ensure that the pins line up to ensure the machine is charging. When charging, the machine will flash that indicator charging light for a few moments.

I have the Dyson Corral Straightener and i love

I bought this 5 months a go and i love it, it make my Hair so smooth and beautiful. Love it. The way i talke about to my friends ans family. the bust purchese. LOL my sister told me i have to work for dyson they way im keep telling her she has to have it. I used it 2/3 time a week. BTW i ahve the vacum and the dyson airwrap as well. love all of it. Dyson customer for life.

The problem I have is with the part that fits in the back that has the jet plane on it. You're supposed to remove it to fly. It keeps coming out which turns off the product or it comes out partially and you can't close the product on the hair to straightened. It's a constant struggle. For the money I would not buy it again.

Not worth the money

The pros are shorter compared to the cons. A huge pro is it heats up fast and you can use it without the cord. Cons is it’s a very heavy tool. I can hear my hair making a noise when I use it. The battery drains super fast. The price doesn’t match the quality but unfortunately I can’t return it.

Great Straightening/ curling tool

I purchased this a month ago, I love it! I have kinky curly hair and this smooths and leaves your hair with great shine and manageability. Expensive, yes, but worth it. My only “complaint’ and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is I wish the battery life was a little longer. I have used it plugged in and that was fine too. I also have a Dyson hairdryer, love love love it as well. I feel money well spent.

Very Portable!

I absolutely love my straightener! I have 2 jobs and I keep it handy in my bag, JIC. I love how a charge lasts for days. Its speedily available, just taking a minute to heat up. It’s efficient, portable, lightweight, and beautifully crafted.
