Pro stylist here! Please make a corded version

It’s obviously a slick tool. I have all the Dyson tools,. The charge doesn’t last very long maybe 10 minutes. So I save I at the end after using a corded flat iron to really smooth and corrale the hair. It does smooth perfectly but it also pulls a bit. I’ve come to terms with that since it is trying to make the hair lined up with the nano grooves in the plate. I really hope Dyson comes up with a corded copper plate iron that’s super powerful and protects the hair. I will totally be there for that.

Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear you've enjoyed your Dyson Corrale™ straightener. The Corrale can be used in a cordless fashion, providing up to 40 minutes of run time. While it's charging, you can use the machine on hybrid mode and use it while it's charging!
The flexible plates are designed to conform to the hair as it works through, not only ensuring less pass throughs, but less heat damage than the conventional hair straightener as well. If there are any snags, we do recommend sectioning the hair in smaller sections.

Pulls my hair

I saved to buy this because I LOVE the blow dryer, but I was highly disappointed in the straightener. It pulls my hair so bad.

The Corrale™ straightener uses four key pieces of technology. The flexing plates provide just the right amount of flex to gather and adapt to the hair, and also provide the tension needed for styling. The intelligent heater system delivers the required heat to the plates. Intelligent heat control regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second to make sure they never exceed your chosen temperature. And finally, a 4-cell lithium ion battery enables enhanced styling with cord-free versatility.
We're sorry that you've found that the Corrale plates tend to pull on your hair. We would recommend making sure that you're parting your hair in 3 sections, and also ensuring your hair is fully dry before you use the straightener. While it may seem heavier when you first pick it up, that's going to be due to the advanced 4-cell Lithium-ion battery technology, which helps to give you maximum styling time and the thermal performance of a corded straightener. The placement of the battery was designed to help provide balance in the hand.
Depending on your hair length, thickness and texture, you might find that while styling, you do need to section your hair into smaller sections, to achieve the desired style, whether using the tool to straighten, curl or make beach waves.

It better be the last one I buy

Expensive. Like it so far. Let’s face it, I could have bought several for the price tossed a couple out and still not spent this money. Thing is I like the brand. Everything I buy from Dyson still works. So I have high expectations. It’s cordless and fast. I’m a nurse I don’t have a bunch of time and this works so much better than others.
