Not worth it - save your money

Battery completely died after two years. My wife maybe got 20mins of heat time and then it needed recharging. If you have thick long Asian hair, like my wife, save your money - for this price it needs a bigger battery. Poorly thought out design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initial results

Confusing at first so watched videos and read material. Used my Dyson dryer to partially dry first (live the quickness and in a hurry). Took me a minute as works best in only one direction. Later in day touched up to test dry function. Loved except for the cool setting they recommend to “set” style. Only did one small section and like another user posted INSTANT static. Tried bear after and did not correct so used hair oil. Will not be using cool setting ever again. Have large amount of thin textured hair in high humidity climate. Might give a 5 after I’m more comfortable with use. Put my dry at brush straightener away for now. Time will tell.

super disappointing

i bought this last night thinking i would love it and it’s actually the complete opposite. i had to go over my hair many times in order to get it as straight as it normally is. it sounded like it was ripping my hair out with every pass. and to top it off it died half way through my head. not impressed. needless to say it’s going back to the store today

My cheaper straightener was better

My husband purchased this for me over two years ago. Once the warranty was up, the battery would not hold its charge for more than 2 minutes. Even when I plugged it in, it would still shut off on me. We spent way to much money for only getting to use it a little over 2 years. It also did not straighten my hair nearly as well as my other straightener.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

dont waste your money

for the amount of money you pay, it's really not worth it. battery runs out half way trough straightening. i've had this straightner for 2 years now and now it doesnt even straighten my hair properly and has left me with really damaged hair.

I am a big fan of the hair dryer but the this one is a big disappointment for me. It was a bad investment.

Horrible - don’t buy

This thing doesn’t work. You have to pass through 20 times to make your hair sort of straight. Snags. Doesn’t stay charged long. Stay away!!!
