Quickest heat up time of all!

I have been using my Corrale for several months and it is outstanding. It charges quickly (~20-30 minutes) and the charge last for about a week. I love there are no cords! It is heavier than other models I have used (Chi) but cordless is worth it! It doesn't pull on your hair and I don't accidently burn myself. Worth the cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does the job

I have been using this for about 6 months. It works fairly well but not too much better than my bio ionic. I was disappointed because the fuschia color started chipping off within one month of having it and I take extremely good care of my hair tools. I also hear a whirring sound when I place back on the charger. I do like it but I’m disappointed with the amount of money I spent on this. I have hair rolls I have had for 10 years that still look like I just purchased them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that this straightener is cordless. Yes, it’s expensive but I don’t mind paying a higher price for something that will last for years. I like that the cord for the charger is long so I can do my hair anywhere I want.

My hair is thin and fragile amazing how it has changed since I use this straightener and so practical I can take it everywhere

Eh, I love it?

Got this as a birthday gift. It goes nicely with my Airwrap set. What I love about it: quick to heat up, my hair doesn't feel damaged after use, sleek design, charges quickly, versatility in use (plugged in or cordless). What I don't love about it: heavy (!), battery dies quickly so using the plug in is used more often, the quality of the travel pouch (the ribbon was detached and the threading had a hole), the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Corrale™ straightener uses four key pieces of technology. The flexing plates provide just the right amount of flex to gather and adapt to the hair, and also provide the tension needed for styling. The intelligent heater system delivers the required heat to the plates. Intelligent heat control regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second to make sure they never exceed your chosen temperature. And finally, a 4-cell lithium ion battery enables enhanced styling with cord-free versatility.
You did comment on the weight of the Corrale, and you will notice when you first pick it up that it does have some weight to it. The Corrale does feature a lithium-ion battery allowing the straightener to be used cord-free for added versatility. The battery's placement was carefully engineered to help provide balance in the hand, all while delivering maximum control and cord-free styling.

Wanted to love it

I really wanted to love this but unfortunately I don’t find it better or worse than any other straightener. I’ve played around with the heat and no matter what temperature my hair gets frizzy. In order for the straightener to have any effect on my hair I need to use a very high heat setting (higher than my others) which I was hoping to avoid with this. I love my Supersonic hair dryer but the Corrale really misses the mark for me. I’ve gone back to my old straightener. I have very thick, coarse hair that’s not colored.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Corrale features manganese copper alloy plates that gather and flex around your hair. This helps allow for extra control, with less heat and damage than when using other straighteners. It's unusual to hear that extra heat is needed when you style. Since you do have thicker, more coarse hair, you may find that you need to section your hair into smaller sections, which allows the plates to more effectively straighten your hair, with fewer passes.
