Great Straightener & Curler

My husband got this for me for Christmas & I already have the hair dryer! I love these products they don’t fry my hair & takes a very short time to get to the right temperature. Highly recommend. I have thick but fine hair.

I bought this as a treat for myself after falling in love with the dryer. I love that I can use this with or without the cord and how quickly it heats up. My hair looks amazing after using it.

Best straightener ever!

My husband bought it for me for Christmas. I love it! I love the color and I love all it’s features. Its battery doesn’t last too long but it gives me enough time to do my hair. The good thing is that it charges really quick for any last minute touch ups. I love that I can take it to go. As for the price, it is a bit on the high end but for the technology I feel it’s worth it.

Battery dies quickly

I have only had this Dyson Corrale for a couple of weeks. This is the second one I have gotten. The first one I received for Christmas and had to send it back within the first week. It would not stay on even when on the charger. With my second one the battery does not hold a charge very long. I turn it on at 100% and within 10 minutes it drops to 40% and I have hardly used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your Dyson Corrale™ straightener will provide up to 30 minutes of cord-free styling. However this will vary depending on heat setting and how the product is used. You can extend your run time by attaching the magnetic 360ᵒ charging cable for use in hybrid charge mode should you need longer. Also, while in use to help prolong the battery life, we'd recommend placing the straightener back on the dock, between styling sections of your hair.

Not worth it

The battery doesn’t last. I have medium hair and I don’t get enough battery life to finish it. I was so excited to receive it for Christmas but I was very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The flexing plates provide just the right amount of flex to gather and adapt to the hair, and also provide the tension needed for styling. The intelligent heater system delivers the required heat to the plates. Intelligent heat control regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second to make sure they never exceed your chosen temperature. And finally, a 4-cell lithium ion battery enables enhanced styling with cord-free versatility.

Overpriced

For a product this expensive you would hope to absolutely love it. I really wanted to love it but I didn’t. It only works cordless for 30 minutes at the most and I have long hair so 30 minutes is definitely not enough time and you have to charge it for 70 minutes to get a full 30 minute battery life. And you can use it with the cord while it’s charging but that didn’t even work for me, it only gave me an extra 5 minutes or so. It still was dying while I was using it with the cord. I still had quite a bit of frizz. Not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hybrid charge mode involves styling with the Dyson Corrale™ straightener with its magnetic 360° charging cable attached. Using the Dyson Corrale™ straightener in hybrid charge mode allows you to extend your run time should you need longer. To help prolong the battery life of the Corrale, we do recommend placing the straightener back on the dock, between styling sections of your hair.
We wouldn't expect there to be more frizz to your hair as a result of using the Corrale. The flexing plates are designed to shape and father hair, enabling you to style with less heat. This enables you to achieve the same style but with half the damage, reduced frizz and fewer flyaways.

Works well with my hair

In love with my straightener, works well with my thick hair. Wish the charge held out longer. The only thing I did not like is that my charging dock went out three weeks after I received this gift. The people at Dyson were very quick in getting a replacement part out to me. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to purchase as a gift or for themselves.
