The metal is much too

The metal is much too pliable and the feet brackets cannot take much pressure before causing the hollow metal bars to buckle. This occurred *without* abuse or excess pressure on the center leg. The other legs around the outside did not buckle, but a couple started to bend inward.
GhostBed support already refused to work with me on a mix up with extra legs (caused by their misinformation on the website), and I really did not want to fight with them over the frame, so I (hopefully) fixed the issue by pounding precisely cut hardwood pieces into the hollow metal tubing at the feet brackets. This seems to provide necessary support to prevent the tubing from buckling further, but the legs can still be too easily moved... even by an accidental kick with your feet as you get into bed (for example). It is NOT a very sturdy bedframe although we anticipate it will be okay.
Lastly, the depth/height of the metal frame itself is much greater than need be. The mattress sits at an overall decent height off the ground, but with only 6-inch clearance from the floor is not enough to store anything useful under the bed. Even common plastic under-bed bins are +7 inches. The frame itself forms are very large hollow cavity of wasted space. There is no need to design a frame just to look like a standard box spring. It could have been much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ordered mattress and frame thought it might help with back pain...I might return it... it’s ok nothing special...not worth all the money I put into buying it

I tried two other mattresses

I tried two other mattresses before buying the Ghost Bed. They just didn’t feel right to me. The Ghost Bed mattress is perfect, especially paired with the Ghost Bed frame. I am confidently recommending them. A plus is that they are American made!

Sturdy but Room for improvement in putting it together

Very sturdy foundation - perfect for our needs. But there were a few things that kept it from being a 5. The bracket to attach the headboard unfortunately did not accommodate the headboard we wanted to attach. The slats were also very difficult to insert. The directions left a little to be desired - we had to undo a few steps. Bigger pictures might have helped.

GhostBed is a superior quality company. I love how the bed foundation comes with legs so that you don’t have to buy a separate metal frame for the foundation, which usually rattles or moves. It’s amazing how the little legs on the GhostBed all in one can hold up so much weight!

Great Frame

The bed frame was pretty easy to put together once we figured out that the middle bar goes diagonally instead of on the same side. The instructions do not really explain that. Once that was fixed it was smooth sailing. Good quality for a platform frame.
