Very impressed with this bed frame

We are enjoying this all in one box spring/frame. It arrived as expected, the design is simple and very sturdy, easy to put together. The frame looks good with our mattress and bedding; it sleeps us comfortably. My husband and I definitely recommend this frame!

My daughter and I used the direction booklet that came with the foundation and the online video. A visual instruction to me is always better. So thanks for that.

Plenty of room under for storage.
Modern, sturdy, attractive.!
A lot of platform bed foundations do not have room for headboard/footboard.
This one does.

The bed is comfortable, but the set up instructions were terrible. I actually called for help to set up the foundation. The man who answered argued with me that I was not reading the instructions correctly. It was so frustrating to read the sentence to him and have him tell me that I was not reading the words correctly. The pictures were not clear and the instructions are wrong. I have written procedures for very complicated functions, step by step, please revise your instructions. At least give the same page to your 'help staff' that you include in your packages. And your video misses the critical step showing how to attach the center brace. If it is not attached correctly the horizontal supports are too long on one side and too short on the other side. Here's another issue, I asked for leg extensions because I was afraid the bed would be too low, Why are the extensions a different diameter than the legs? Besides the bottoms were rounded on the extensions but not on the legs. Made the bed wobbly. I took them off. The bed itself is comfortable and the pillows are good, too bad the instructions are useless.

GhostBed All-in-One Foundation came nicely packaged with well explained instructions on how to assemble. The design was very well constructed with perfect height. I was happy with the total outcome and support. We sleep very well every night. Great purchase!!!
