Firmness is moderate, installation is easy. The bed is definitely cooling for hot sleepers. Back issues have decreased since purchase

Nice Frame! Physically Difficult to Build! Bad Instructions

Bed frame was extremely difficult to construct and required two people and all my strength (full adult male) to finally be able to snap the cross beams in place.
Instructions were 3/10. The illustrations made it unclear if I had the right beams in the right places. I rebuilt it three times because the center beam is slightly angled in life but not in the pictures.
Once built, it is sturdy and handsome, and feels solid.
I would recommend this to a friend!
