Like the concept but…

We purchased the king-size foundation because we could put it together on the second floor, it would be completely flat and supportive. We no longer want two twin box springs because we have found in the past ten years that a hill forms in the middle of the king size mattress. The only downside is the foundation is created to attach the headboard to the short side of the frame rather than the longer side. So if you want the king mattress to provide more width for two people rather than length for a tall person, you will not be able to attach a headboard. I suggest to the manufacturers that they make the foundation flexible for the orientation of the bed by adding holes on the alternate side to attach a headboard to. Other than this issue, It looks very sturdy and was easy to assemble so I give it four stars.

Disappointed and disheartening

No structure on the foundation/rail besides the sheet to keep it from sliding unless your foundation sits direction on the floor with the legs. I was told I could not get a refund. I’ve never had a foundation that moves in the bed frame so this was a huge disappointment. I ordered this product w/mattress and pillows. So now I’m stuck trying to configure ways to make it stay in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Increased support

Purchased two of the All-in-one-foundation for my bed and guest bed, which have the same dense, middle-grade foam mattresses on them. I wasn’t sure if the mattresses needed replacement (both 10 years old, queen) but was hesitant to replace them because they are in excellent shape. It would have been expensive and a huge hassle because of location in the house (narrow staircase). I went the cheap way out and decided to replace both foundations. My handyman watched the assembly video to help assemble the first one; no need to watch for the second one. Everything came in a medium size box so that was an advantage for my situation.
The best part… both mattresses now feel exactly how I have always wanted my mattress to feel…. super firm, not hard, no creaking. Solid and silent. MThe looks of the foundation aren’t aesthetically impressive, but they are ok and easy to cover up.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase, the price and outcome. And my sleep quality has improved 100%… haven’t woken up with aches and pains from lack of support since purchasing one month ago. Guests are asking “what type of mattress is that… super comfortable!”
I tell them it’s the foundation that made the difference.

Mostly straightforward and easy

Shipping was very fast! The included directions weren't the best, the online video was helpful BUT the link they provided didn't match the foundation I'd gotten so I had to do a bit of googling to find the right one. There were some broken plastic pieces (does not affect functionality of it) and I had to muscle a few of the pieces into place because it didn't quite fit together as easily as the video made you believe it would. Overall wasn't terrible, I did it myself and am very happy with the foundation.

Good Foundation Improperly Set Up

The foundation seems good and solid. I am very happy with it. Unfortunately, the “White Glove" service was not so great and I am left with trying to properly set it up myself which I am not really physically able to do. One leg was left off of a corner of the foundation and the foundation cover was not properly installed prior to attaching the legs. Ghost Bed did send me a replacement leg, but I have not yet been able to install it due to personal physical limitations. I’m a bit unhappy that I paid for a service to perform the setup that I knew I would not be able to do myself, and that service was not properly performed.
