Ghostbed has changed my life. What once was a sleepless night I now don't want to get out of bed. It has helped with my lower back and neck issues. Highly recommend if you're looking for relief.

I was hesitant to order a bed online but decided to give it a try because of the guarantee. I have had my bed for two weeks now and LOVE IT! I think iit is very comfortable and haven’t slept this well in years.

Overall, good experiece

The mattress is comfortable, but firmer than I was expecting, and much firmer than what I'm used to. The ordering process was easy, and shipping was fast, BUT the mattress and foundation were shipped from two different warehouses, and were delivered a day apart, so I had to take two days off work to receive the items instead of one, this was an inconvenience. The pillows are great, no complaints there. The foundation is the weak link in the chain. It was frustrating to assemble, and several of the planks split when I screwed them down. A couple of the planks were warped as well, causing the screw not to be able to find purchase on the other end, so they wouldn't stay down at all. I ended up having to purchase longer screws so that the warped planks would hold. If I had it to do over, I would not have bought the foundation, and just stuck with my old box spring.

Have had my new mattress and box springs set for approximately 30 days now. Still have not decided if I am going to keep it or not. I feel it is very hard compared to my old mattress and I still wake up with back pain. Not giving up yet.
