First Time Cast Ironer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to try cast iron for the first time. Always resisted because rust and heavy weight. Needed a new way to make cornbread for rice/beans and gumbo dinners. Very happy with results. Pan is great size and cooks better than glass dishes. Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice pan. Good weight, feels sturdy and well made. It came pre-seasoned, but I cleaned and re-seasoned it anyway. Then I made a meatloaf and casserole in it. Don’t hesitate to try this brand out, it’s a great piece of cookware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh how I love cast iron. This one is perfect. It came already seasoned and ready to bake. It baked my cake perfectly and.didnt stick at all. The clean up was so easy. Just some hot soapy water and let it dry.

The pan can be used for baking, pan frying, and even roasting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone raised by parents that primarily used cast iron pans this one is an excellent addition to my collection, now I can have that old school tasting cornbread just like my parents used to make only in square form. Seasoned really fast and effectively making it non-stick and perfect for getting a whole slice out without breaking apart or sticking to the pan
