Battery life is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery lasts about 4 hours. I've talked to support and they wanted me to turn off all of the features that make it a smart watch in order to get better battery life. But it doesn't even last overnight, it takes forever to charge, and then it dies with little usage. They won't acknowledge a problem or if there's going to be a software update to fix it. So I'm just going to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found my new Galaxy Watch 7 wonderful, the Galaxy AI greatly optimizes the measurements of my daily activities it is clearly noted the improvement with each version and now with Galaxy AI I can see the difference the watch is much smarter. I particularly thought that the watch looked very beautiful, the bracelet with its new look is wonderful, really Samsung is congratulated, I am only 7 days with my new watch and I am already mega satisfied with the quality of the product and all its functions. and improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the Galaxy watch 7 from the watch 5 pro, and I'm so glad I did first it did seem the battery was going down very fast apparently the AI takes a few minutes, actually a couple of recharging cycles to learn but now the battery seems to be working great, the features are amazing I'm still getting used to the new information in the app such as the ages, and trying to get enough sleep to make the numbers work lol anyway, without hesitation I would buy again.

Galaxy Watch 7 has loads of great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy watch 7 is by far superior than my previous watch. SUPER easy setup and easy to add to my account. Watch is loaded with great features, that I am still trying to figure out. Battery seems to be lasting for a long time before needing charged. Have only had the watch for about a week, need more time to completely review all features of the watch. Was a great choice though.
