I love this watch! I wear it 24/7 only taking it off to charge it when I first wake up. I love that it tracks my sleep cycles. The fitness tracker is also amazing seeing as I'm a very active person. I upgraded from a older model and couldn't be happier. I bought my wife and daughter the galaxy watch 7 40mm right after I got mine and they Also love them. We have Samsung everything and love it (well besides our fridge. I wouldn't ever recommend a Samsung fridge j/s).

Terrible battery life

Bought this watch about a week ago. The battery is horrible despite running very few apps. I bought this to monitor sleep and daily activity but it lives on the charger. Really want to return it but I am probably stuck with it.

Not IP68 Resistant, Poor Warranty Service

I bought the watch 7 to replace my watch 4 late last summer. It worked great, much like my old watch, for a while. Then the sound went out. I trouble shooted and sent it in to Samsung for repair. They identified water damage. I have never come close to meeting the watches water resistance IP68 rating. I've been around and around with Samsung and they keep saying water damage is not covered and the watch is only water resistant. If that is so, then why rate it? Why have a swim mode and lap counter? The warranty clearly states liquid damage is only not covered if conditions are "inconsistant with specifications". Swimming laps is not inconsistant with advertised specifications. This is a manufacturing issue that is not being addressed.

The water resistance of this device is based on an IP68 rating, which tests submersion in fresh water deeper than 1.5 meters or submerged for more than 30 minutes. If your device is exposed to fresh water, shake it to remove any excess water and dry the device thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. If your device is exposed to liquids other than fresh water (such as saltwater), rinse your device with fresh water and dry it with a clean, soft cloth and shake it to remove any excess water. The Galaxy Watch7 is not impervious to dust and water damage in any situation. It is important that all compartments are closed tightly. For your convenience, I have included your device manual below for your review. We also offer Samsung Care+ which provides physical damage protection to your eligible devices. Samsung Care+ is great for those unanticipated situations we may find ourselves in, like forgetting your Watch7 in the seat of a taxi, having your device stolen from your bag, getting caught in a rainstorm without your Water Lock feature engaged, to dropping your watch and shattering the watch face. We also have over 700 authorized repair locations nationwide to take your device to be repaired so you can get back quickly to what you enjoy doing most in life. Horrendous battery life. 24 hours minimal use at B

Bought this for my 8 year old son to be able to track him and call him when needed. He doesn't use it only wears it and answers calls or occasional text. He leaves for school in the morning and its dead by bed time. Extremely disappointed in this poor quality battery life. Its a worthless watch.
